A.P. Ranga Rao

Dr. A.P. Ranga Rao, Special Advisor – HMRI, has 40 years of experience with the Government of Andhra Pradesh in healthcare. With medical education in the UK, Dr. Rao has been associated with prestigious institutions like the World Bank, Naandi Foundation and Satyam Foundation as consultant. He brings to HMRI his enormous domain and management expertise that is integral to its success.


Mastan Rao

Dr. Mastan Rao, Advisor – HMRI, has extensive experience in the field of public health, having served as the Director of Health, Andhra Pradesh, Additional Director of Health (Planning), Additional Director of Medical and Health Services (Family Welfare) and Joint Director of the India Population Project – VIII (Family Welfare Urban Slums Project) and Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad. Dr. Rao holds an MBBS degree and a diploma in dermatology.


Dayakar Thota

Dr. (Lt. Col.) Dayakar Thota, psc. Advisor – HMRI, has been in healthcare sector for over 40 years and brings with him the expertise of serving organisations as varied as the Institute of Health Sciences, the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Kasturba Medical College (Manipal), EMRI and the Department of Hospital Administration, AFMC. With his domain and management expertise, he guides 104 Advice to success. Dr. Thota holds an MBBS degree from Osmania University and an MD in hospital administration.


Innaiah

Dr. Innaiah, Advisor – HMRI, is a public health expert with a standing of over 45 years in AP State Government and private organisations of international acclaim. He brings in his expertise from the long years of managerial service as Director of Family Welfare and Chief Health Head of Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad. He draws much from his visits on WHO & UNFPA Fellowship to countries like Sri Lanka, Thailand and Indonesia to study epidemiological surveillance and also family planning methods.


Rammohan Vadapalli

Dr. Rammohan Vadapalli, Advisor – HMRI, is a senior radiologist with over 20 years of imaging expertise and 10 years of skill in the field of telemedicine. He is a valued advisor to hospitals across the globe and to world renowned manufacturers of medical and imaging equipment as well. Dr. Vadapalli has published and presented research articles in various medical conferences around the world during the last two decades.


Sethumadhava Rao

Dr. V. Sethumadhava Rao, Advisor – HMRI, has impressive expertise in the field of health, having worked as Principal, Regional Health and Family Welfare Training Centre, District Medical and Health officer and Municipal health officer besides holding various other positions. He holds an MBBS degree and a diploma in public health from the All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, Calcutta.



Sangram

Dr. P. Sangram, Advisor – HMRI, is Post Graduate in medicine and specialises in medical microbiology. He has 40 years of experience in preventive medicine and has worked in various public health sectors, Director of the Institute of Preventive Medicine, being one. Dr. Sangram has worked extensively on viruses, particularly human rabies virus, hepatitis rabies virus and Japanese encephalitis virus.
