Dr Mastan Rao has extensive experience in the field of public health, having served as the Director of Health, Andhra Pradesh, Additional Director of Health (Planning), Additional Director of Medical and Health Services (Family Welfare) and Joint Director of the India Population Project – VIII (Family Welfare Urban Slums Project) and Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad. Dr. Rao holds an MBBS degree and a Diploma in Dermatology.

Dr. Chaliha is a post graduate Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Pediatrics. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of public health, having served as Head, General Hospital, Naharlagun and in various portfolios as Joint Director of Health Services, Govt of Arunachal Pradesh. He retired as Director of Health Services, Govt of Arunachal Pradesh in 2007.

Dr Ranga Prasad has 36 years of experience with Government of Andhra Pradesh in Healthcare. He served in Medical and Health Services (Family Welfare) in different capacities. He has contributed his expertise in various projects like Immunization strengthening project (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation), State Government computerization project etc

Dr. Venugopal Rao Jupally, Domain Expert.

Dr Venugopal Rao has worked for Government of Andhra Pradesh for 33 years, mostly as hospital administrator in major teaching hospitals in Hyderabad. Also worked as Joint Commissioner in APVVP, autonomous body managing middle level hospitals of AP. Post retirement he worked as Superintendent of SVS, a private medical college; Administrator, DurgaBai Deshmukh Hospital, Hyderabad. He was also associated with NAANDI foundation in implementing maternity and neo-natal services for the rural community.

Dr Lakshmi is a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Biochemistry and has served various institutions in organizing and setting up of labs. She has been a consultant biochemist at CDR Hospitals, Asstt. Professor of Biochemistry in Osmania Medical College, a visiting Professor in Pratima Institute of Medical Sciences and a consultant biochemist with Yashoda Hospitals. Dr Lakshmi has also served as Advisor to Star Hospitals.
