Gp Capt (Retd.) CRR Sastry [Chief Administrative Officer] was commissioned to the administration branch of Indian Air Force. He has held important appointments in Security, Vigilance and Disciplinary Case Processing Department of Indian Air Force. He holds a Masters degree in English Literature and a Law degree from Delhi University. He has also graduated from the Defence Services Staff Collage, Wellington and was an instructor in Indian Air Force Academy in Hyderabad.

Dr. Shekhar Rajagopalan PhD[COO 104 Advice] specialises in Optimisation and has worked in several areas including Image Processing and Parallel Processing. He managed projects and large operations and led a Delivery Excellence programme in Application Managed Services. He also teaches Mathematics, Computer Science, OR and Statistics; his last academic assignment was Associate Professor (visiting) in the Management School at Syracuse University.

Mr. Srinivas Anumanchi [Chief Operations Officer, 104 Mobile] has extensive experience in managing large international corporations and transforming them into maximum efficiency units. He has earlier transformed a sick family-run organisation, Arcus, in to a thriving business house with a customer-base across Europe. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MS in Management from IIM Calcutta and MBA from ESCP-EAP, France.

Mr. Raj Sarda [Operations Manager, 104 Mobile] has over 15 years of operations experience in managing large-scale logistics, and he brings this knowledge and skill to successfully run the operations of 104 Mobile, managing a fleet of 475 mobile health units and a workforce of over 5,000 health workers. He holds an MBA from the IIM, Calcutta.

Mr. Manicka Rao [Chief Financial Officer] is an expert in finance and accounting, with nearly30 years of computation excellence in multifaceted organisations. He has worked in various capacities in Finance and Accounts in big ticket Companies like the JK Group, Thapar Group, Satyam Computers and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. After his B.Com (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, he went on to add MBA in Finance and Accounting, AICWA and a CMA - Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants, USA, to his academic credentials.

Dr. Srinivas Mantha [Head, Networks and Support] has over fifteen years of corporate and consulting experience with specialisations in programme management, governance reforms, e-governance, procurement and contracts and many other areas. A senior professional in banking, financial services, consulting and programme management in the development sector, he holds a doctoral degree in management science from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India, with primary research thrust on Money Market Instruments.

Dr. Pattabhi Ramayya [Head, Research and Analysis] holds a Ph.D in Statistics and is a Six Sigma master belt. Dr. Ramayya has worked in various government organisations in the field of statistics, health and family welfare and has over 14 years of experience in the field.
