Dr. Balaji Utla

Dr. Utla holds a Doctorate in Management. He has 26 years of experience spanning learning, organizational strategy and development, and corporate social responsibility. He is on the board of EPTRI and Drivers’ Guild Foundation, the Chairperson of the CII Healthcare Panel in Andhra Pradesh, a member of FICCI Healthcare Panel, and on the advisory boards of several other organizations.
Prior to joining HMRI and Piramal Healthcare Ltd., Dr. Utla was CEO of Satyam Foundation, initiated by Satyam Computer Services (now Mahindra Satyam). Under Dr. Utla’s leadership, Satyam received the Corporate Citizen Award from FICCI in 2006 and the TERI Award in 2007.
Dr. Mastan Rao Govada

Dr. Mastan Rao Govada has extensive experience in the field of public health. He has served as the Director of Health, Andhra Pradesh, Additional Director of Health (Planning), Additional Director of Medical and Health Services (Family Welfare), Joint Director of the India Population Project – VIII (Family Welfare Urban Slums Project), and Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad. Dr. Govada holds an MBBS and a Diploma in Dermatology.

He has accomplished CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.”
Raj Sarda

Raj Sarda has over 20 years of experience in different industries and abroad. His expertise includes deploying and managing operations of large scale projects, business development, sales, and distribution management, etc. He holds a Bachelor’s of Engineering and an MBA from IIM, Calcutta.
Atul Singh
Chief Operating Officer, Assam
Atul Singh has over 22 years of experience working in India and abroad with various organizations based in the UK, Australia, and India. He left a successful career with telecom giant Telstra in Melbourne to return to India to be with his family and work in healthcare for the larger interest of communities.
Prior to moving abroad, Mr. Singh was the India and Bangladesh representative for various UK Universities and awarding bodies working in collaboration with the British Council and the British Deputy High Commission. Mr. Singh is a graduate in Migration Law from Victoria University, Australia, and holds a Master’s in Commerce.

Pankaj Mathur has 25 years of experience in operations and business development. Prior to joining HMRI, Mr. Mathur was associated with leading healthcare and medical equipment companies such as Fortis Modi Hospitals and Fortis Escorts Hospital in Jaipur and Interventional Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Max Healthcare Ltd. in Delhi.
